
Come join us for one or more of our Beach/Surf Fishing Camps!
These are 3-day long camps over the Thanksgiving Break. They run from Monday November 24th through Wednesday November 26th and are designed to teach our campers the skills needed to fish from the beach on their own when they complete the camp.
Skills they will learn setting up, knot tying, rigging, casting, catching bait by hand and cast netting. Campers will also learn how to safely handle, keep and/or release the variety of species that they catch.
Beach/Surf Fishing Camps begin at 8:00am and end at 12:00 pm at Mickler’s Beach Access.
These camps will keep every camper engaged.

These Camps include two days of fishing on a boat in the Intracoastal Waterway and Near Shore in the Atlantic Ocean.
Day 1: “Beach Day”
The day begins at 8:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm. Locations will vary from either Mickler’s beach access in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Activities will focus on teaching techniques and strategies that will allow them to surf fish from the beach safely and effectively. Campers will learn to identify commonly caught species, which baits to use to be successful and how to safely handle species they catch.


Fishing on a boat with an experienced charter captain!
Campers will alternate one inshore day and one offshore/near shore day.
Activities will include either an inshore or nearshore/offshore day.
The inshore day meets at the Usina Boat Ramp next to Aunt Kate’s, the restaurant.
Campers will learn inshore techniques and strategies for targeting inshore species in the area such as redfish, trout, flounder and other inshore species. Campers will be on the boat for approximately 4 hours.


These camps include two days of fishing on a private chartered boat with a highly experienced charter captain.
